Within New Zealand: Paperbacks are shipped from within New Zealand. Delivery should be within 5-7 working days.

Outside New Zealand: Paperbacks are printed and shipped from the UK. Depending on where you live, delivery could take up to 2 weeks.

You will be able to view Tracking information through the link on the email you get after purchase.

eBooks

Your ePub file will be delivered by Bookfunnel, usually through email, but files can also be accessed through the Bookfunnel website if necessary, or through the Bookfunnel app.

Files are compatible with all e-Reader devices including Kindle, Kobo, Nook and all other smart devices. See below for a list of older generation models that won't be compatible.

Uploading your file to your device is easy, but Bookfunnel provides instructions if you're not sure:

You can also use the Bookfunnel app to read your eBooks or listen to audiobooks, which requires no downloading of files.

eBook Troubleshooting

My book hasn't arrived!

If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder, or if you have Gmail, in your Promotions folder.

If you have more than one email address, make sure you're checking the one you used at checkout.

If you still can't find it, you can access it here in your Bookfunnel Library.

Devices the eBook files ARE compatible with:

Kindle Fire tablets after 2015, Nook tablets after 2014, Kobo eReaders apart from Kobo Aura, Apple devices:
Apple Books, iTunes, iPads, iPhones using a minimum of iOS 10+ (2016) (but most were upgraded to iOS 10 after 2012); Android Tablets and Phones after Android 5.1(2013); your computer using Chrome or Firefox browser.

Devices the eBook files AREN'T compatible with:

Any E-Ink devices, including Kindle Paperwhite, Touch, Voyage, Oasis, NOOK Glowlight, Kobo Aura.

Kindle Fire 1st Gen (2011)

NOOK Color (2010), NOOK Tablet (2011), NOOK HD (2012)

SOLUTION: If you have one of these, simply install Chrome or Firefox on your computer!
